DV Series Intelligent Digital Viscometer is the most widely used viscometer. It adopts a 16-bit microprocessor as the core control circuit and high-division driving of stepping motor, with a wider measuring range, full-range stepless speed change and more stable rotation speed. During measurement, the LCD screen can directly display viscosity, rotation speed, temperature, percentage torque, rotor number, and the maximum measurable viscosity of the selected rotor at the current rotation speed. Among them, DV-2 viscometer can also display shear rate and shear stress. The circuit adopts surface mount technology, featuring compact structure and reasonable layout. The main performance indexes of this series have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. 

    This series can measure the viscous resistance and dynamic viscosity of various liquids, and is widely used for viscosity measurement of fluids such as grease, paint, food, paper making, cosmetics, chemical industry, coatings, capsules, etc. Equipped with a dedicated temperature-controlled heater, it can measure the apparent viscosity of asphalt and the viscosity of hot melt adhesive, paraffin wax, pharmaceuticals, high polymers and other fluids. With the optional data acquisition, analysis and plotting software, it can connect to a computer for fully automatic data collection and storage, and complete data analysis tasks such as automatic operation and historical data comparison.
