The SNB‑AI Intelligent Digital Viscometer adopts a 16‑bit microprocessor as its core control circuit, without gear drive,and features both intelligent automatic measurement and manual measurement modes.It is equipped with a blue‑screen LCD that directly displays:viscosity, rotational speed, temperature, percentage torque, rotor number,and the maximum measurable viscosity of the selected rotor at the current speed.The required sample volume is small, only 10–20 mL.With the optional Data Acquisition and Plotting Software,the instrument can perform data acquisition, data storage, historical data comparison,and various mathematical statistical analysis tasks.The circuit adopts SMT (Surface Mount Technology), featuring a compact structure and reasonable layout.The metrological performance and functions of this series are close to the advanced level of similar foreign products.
